We’re taking orders in New Zealand and new shipping costs.

Great news for our lovely customers in New Zealand, we’re now able to resume deliveries from our UK warehouse to your door. Crafting joy here we go!

Royal Mail International have found new options to overcome transport link issued caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, which allows us to resume shipping to New Zealand. Unfortunately, we need to reflect the new associated costs in our shipping price. 

The shipping cost is now based on your order value and we temporarily won’t be able to offer free shipping.. We’re really sorry to have to make these changes, it was not an easy decision to make. Our number one priority is to ensure you’re still able to get the crafting supplies you need, at a time when you need it most. We’re also working hard to offer the best prices on your crafting supplies with our regular promotions so please keep an eye out for our newsletters and check the offers page here. 

 New shipping costs for Australia 
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Royal Mail International faced transport link issues which threatened our options to deliver to Australia. Royal Mail International have since found new transport options, which allows us to continue shipping craft bundles to Australia. Unfortunately, we need to reflect the new associated costs in our shipping price.

Are delivery times affected?

Currently we’re operating as normal and our couriers are finding ways to keep things going, whilst also protecting the health of their team.  We’re experiencing minor delivery delays in some parts of the world, where authorities are applying special orders by the local postal/delivery services.

We've temporarily suspended taking orders from the countries below due to restricted border access and Royal Mail suspension. We're very sorry about this and we'll be sure to let you know as and when this changes here in our FAQs page.

What are you doing to keep your employees safe?Parcel deliveries are classified as safe. You can find the latest information on COVID-19 for the UK Government and The World Health Organization. Is it safe to receive packages?

On 16th March our office staff made the shift to work from home and have been encouraged to stay home as inline with the government guidelines. In the warehouses, our teams have put in extra safety measures; monitoring the health of every staff member, ensuring those who have travelled have plenty of quarantine time before they return to the warehouse, doubling the cleaning efforts and implementing social distancing.
