We’re delighted to announce cheaper and faster orders to Australia and New Zealand

Now that global travel is starting to pick up again, we're happy to let you know that we've made some changes to our delivery charges that'll have you grinning from ear to ear!
We've lowered our prices and improved our delivery times to make sure you get your orders faster and at a more affordable cost. And don't worry, all orders will still be tracked and sent via Royal Mail so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way.
For our Aussie friends, your orders should arrive within 7-14 working days, and for our Kiwi pals, it'll be 14-18 working days after dispatch. We'll even send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.
And the best part? We base our delivery costs on the value of your order, so you'll always know what you're paying for and won't have any surprises at the checkout. We don't make any profit on the delivery cost, we just wanted to pass the savings on to you. So go ahead and place your order now, we can't wait to get it to you as soon as possible!

Exceptional Orders

For exceptional orders which are unusually large and/or heavy, our delivery charges may be different. If this is the case, one of our Smiles team will contact you before your order is finalised.

Duties and Taxes

Items ordered for delivery outside of the UK, US or EU may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses. You will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You should contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order.

Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which your parcel are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
