Once we have received your valid return back at our warehouse, we aim to process your refund within 7 working days. (It may take a little longer during very busy periods). It will appear on your bank or PayPal statement as soon as your issuer has processed it.
The refund will be processed back onto the same card or PayPal account that was used to place the order. Unfortunately we are unable to refund onto a different payment method.
If the tracking shows the parcel has been delivered and more than 7 days have passed with no refund, please contact us with your proof of postage.
