In light of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, we wanted to give you an update to let you know what we’re doing here at LoveCrafts. In line with government guidance, we are continuing to operate from our warehouse both in the UK and USA. For the time being, online retail is still open and encouraged. Stricter lockdown measures are in place around the world to tackle the spread of coronavirus - everyone has a part to play in slowing it down.
Extra procedures are in place to support the health and wellbeing of our LoveCrafts makers and our community at large. And we're working closely with our couriers to ensure that this is monitored across the entire journey of your order. Postal and delivery services are operating around the world, there are some minor delays in some parts.
For many of us, crafting provides an important lifeline to cope with uncertainty, loneliness, and sometimes long-term medical conditions. We wanted to reassure you our warehouse is still open, and we have plenty in our stash. We're doing all we can to get craft supplies to you safely and effectively, at a time when many of us need them most.

Hi, I am a beginner at knitting ( well used to knit many years ago) and ordered wool and a downloaded pattern for a knit and moss blanket.
I am lost at how to keep changing colours and dont understand the pattern? Is there anyone who can advise please !

Have seen that many of the paintbox DK and Stylecraft special DK colours are out of stock and am wondering if you know when you're likely to get them back in stock?

Hi, I returned my parcel almost 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing about a refund please could you advise me what is happening. I didn’t open any of the packs as they were the wrong colour.
I’m getting very upset as this is a lot of money that I would like back.

We are waiting for more stock on the Paintbox DK and Stylecraft Special DK, although I can't give you a date of when it will be - sorry about that!
If you'd like to receive an email when the yarn is back in stock please go to the product page, select the shade you'd like and click on 'Notify me'. If some of the shade is available please select the quantity you would like first so you can set up an email alert for this quantity.

I’ve been waiting nearly a month now for my order and sorry but that’s ridiculous!! I ordered from another yarn company in the UK only two weeks ago and the order is at least in Australia!! The least you can do is provide tracking to your customers like other companies!! I’m really unhappy as I have ordered twice and I’m wondering if I’ll ever get my order!
