If your order is missing from your account history, and the number beings with XB or ZB - don't worry!
The order was placed using our new checkout system which we are still testing. Unfortunately, these orders will not appear in your account details, but our tech team are working very hard to resolve this - I'm very sorry about that!
I'd like to reassure you that as long as you receive a confirmation email, your order will be packed and shipped with love as normal.
