Can I return something I purchased from Deramores?

You can return unwanted items purchased from Deramores within 30 days of ordering. Please contact our Smiles team to let us know what you’d like to return along with your order number. We’ll provide a Royal Mail returns label to send your items back to us as no extra charge.

We’re sorry we can’t provide a refund back to your bank or PayPal account, but we will provide a store credit code of the same value to spend here at LoveCrafts.
