We have consolidated our warehouses to allow us to offer all of our global customers the widest range possible. We now have two warehouses, one in Massachusetts USA and one in the UK, and this allows us to offer our North American customers a much greater range of products. We will have 50% more knitting and crochet lines for you to choose from, including some hard-to-find European brands and will be able to offer our sewing and quilting range too.
Your order will come from our global warehouse in the UK, but this will not affect shipping costs or shipping times, these will remain the same. If you are in the US, you will not be charged any import duties.
There won’t be any change to the great service you receive; orders will still be picked and packed within 1 working day, and shipping times will also be the same, 4-10 business days for the US and 7-21 business days for Canada.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, all orders will be tracked, via the USPS website for US customers. It may take a few days to update the details following your order so please be patient.
If I have to make a return, where do I send it?
Our returns and refunds policy and processes remain exactly the same, you can find out more details here. Rest assured, if your order comes from the UK you can still return it to our US warehouse.
You'll need a return authorisation code which you can obtain by filling out this form: https://usreturns.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new the code will be emailed to you.
Please include a note with your name, authorisation code and order number inside your returns parcel so we know who to refund. Orders without an authorisation code may take longer to process and delay your refund
