*Please note: the DHL service is delivery duty unpaid which means you are responsible for payment of any such duties and/or additional taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

*DHL delivery is not available for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii,  for any orders over US$180 or CA$200

DHL will send you an email or text message containing your tracking information and details about delivery options. It's important to remember that DHL uses their own waybill number as a reference, not your order number.

This will include instructions on how to change your delivery if required:

• Reschedule Your Delivery Day: If you won't be available at home on the scheduled delivery day, you have the option to reschedule the delivery for a later date. This allows you the flexibility to choose a day when you will be present to receive your package. You can reschedule the delivery for up to 7 calendar days from the original date.
• Postpone delivery for vacation:  If you are planning to be away from home for an extended period of time, you can postpone delivery for up to 30 calendar days from the original delivery date.
• Arrange Collection:  If it is more convenient for you, you have the option to collect your order from a DHL Service Point or Parcel Locker. DHL will provide you with a list of the nearest Service Points, allowing you to choose the most suitable one. Once your order is ready for collection, DHL will notify you and inform you of the timeframe within which you can pick up your delivery. When collecting your parcel from a DHL Service Point, please remember to bring two forms of identification with you.
