If you changed your mind on the item you ordered:
If you don’t love what you ordered, you can return it free of charge within 90 days. You will receive a refund for the cost of the goods (we will not refund original postage costs).
Please note refunds are available on items in re-sellable condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund yarn that has been wound into a ball, or partial yarn or colour packs. Only full yarn packs are returnable
If you changed your mind on the digital pattern you ordered:
Unfortunately we can’t refund digital patterns unless they are faulty, or have been ordered twice.
