If you changed your mind on the item you ordered:
If you've simply changed your mind, you may return new and unused products within 90 days of delivery at your cost, for a full refund of the cost of the goods only
Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) - please let us know why you are returning the item.
You'll need a return authorisation code which you can obtain by filling out this form: https://usreturns.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new the code will be emailed to you.
Please include a note with your name, authorisation code and order number inside your returns parcel so we know who to refund. Orders without an authorisation code may take longer to process and delay your refund

We will not refund any shipping costs. Refunds are available on items in re-sellable condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund yarn that has been wound into a ball, or partial yarn or colour packs. Only full yarn packs are returnable
If you changed your mind on the digital pattern you ordered:
Unfortunately we can’t refund digital patterns unless they are faulty, or have been ordered twice.
