If you’re entering your eGift card code and the discount isn’t applying, there are a few steps you can take to check what the issue is.
- You need to be in the UK or the US to use an eGift card: hopefully the gift-giver hasn’t given you one if you live outside of these countries!
- Make sure you have enough left on your gift card to pay for what you’re trying to purchase
- Make sure you copy and paste the gift card code into the field (rather than typing it in) on the shopping basket: sometimes the digits can be easily confused, so this ensures the code is correct without you having to decipher whether that's a 1, I or L!
