If you've waited a long time for your order – I'm really sorry for the delay! We do our best but sometimes things get held up in the post service and arrive late.
If you look at the bottom of this article you'll see a table which will tell you exactly when your order could be classed as missing.
As soon as this date passes, we can escalate the delay to our courier services. If they confirm that your order is lost, we can either get a replacement to you straight away, or refund your order so you can get your supplies elsewhere.
Unfortunately, we are not notified of this so we need you to let us know if you haven't received your order. Please get in touch as soon as possible after this date!
