If you look at the bottom of this article you'll see a table which will tell you exactly when your order is classed as missing.
As soon as this date passes, then your order is considered lost or missing by our delivery services. Unfortunately, we are not notified of this so we need you to let us know if you haven't received your order. This means that we can either get a replacement out to you straight away, or refund your order so you can get the supplies elsewhere. Please get in touch as soon as possible after this date!
