Returns & Refunds
At LoveCrafts, we’re passionate about giving you a wonderful experience every time you shop with us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ve made returning it easy.
Returning New & Unused Items
You can return new and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the cost of the goods (shipping costs won’t be refunded).
However, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Important:

We can’t accept returns for yarn that’s been wound into a ball, or for partial yarn or colour packs. Only full yarn packs can be returned.

Make sure to return items in appropriate packaging. The original, undamaged packaging is best.

Please let us know why you’re returning the item.
- Please include a note inside your return parcel with your name, address, and order number so we can process your return smoothly.
- Please remember to keep your proof of posting receipt or tracking number, just in case your parcel goes missing.
Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order is faulty, defective, or incorrect, we’ll issue a full refund, including original and return shipping costs. Just make sure the fault isn’t due to misuse, use against the manufacturer’s instructions, or reasonable wear and tear. Please contact our Smiles Team first before returning faulty defective or incorrect items.
Digital Pattern Returns
Once you’ve downloaded a digital pattern, we’re unable to accept returns unless there’s a fault.
If you encounter an issue with your digital pattern, please get in touch with us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Remember: it’s your responsibility to download and check the pattern for faults within that 30-day period.
Your Right to Cancel (Under Consumer Law)
As part of your statutory rights, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to cancel it.
If you cancel:

You can only cancel the entire order (partial cancellations aren’t allowed).

We’ll fully refund you for the goods and the original delivery cost once we receive the items in resaleable condition.

Your cancellation notice must be sent in writing (email counts), including the order number and the reason for cancellation.

Goods must be returned with the original, undamaged packaging and the original invoice.
Please note: If you’ve purchased digital goods (like downloadable patterns), once they’ve been downloaded, you can no longer cancel your order.
