First, locate the order you'd like to return. You'll need the order number, also note down your postcode or email. This will help us to streamline the process.
Step 2: GET YOUR RETURN LABEL
You can either download and print the return label at home, or download and use a QR label.

Step 3: POST THE PARCEL
Home Collection: Royal Mail can also pick up the parcel from your home. You can either print the return label at home or simply show the QR label to the postman.
Drop Off at the Post Office: Take your parcel to the nearest Post Office. You can print the label or just show the QR label.
