Inclusive Pricing - FAQ

Can I apply a price change to all of my patterns at once?

When you choose 'Including VAT' as your payment preference, you will have an option to automatically increase your pattern prices by 20%. 

Can I automatically update the prices by a different percentage? 

No. If you select this option, prices will automatically increase by 20%. If you'd like to increase your prices by a different percentage, you'll need to update them manually within the Designer Platform.

Can I update more than 1 pattern at the same time?

Currently, pattern prices can only be updated one pattern at a time.

Can you update my patterns for me?

As all prices are set by the designer, we're not able to change them for you. However, if you are having difficulties, please contact us here:  contact us 

What happens if I don't update to Inclusive Pricing?

As we are moving to tax inclusive pricing only, you'll need to update your pricing preference to continue selling your patterns. Any patterns that remain on tax exclusive pricing may be removed from sale. To ensure a smooth transition, please ensure your settings have been updated before mid-July.

My pricing preference page is blank! 

This is likely due to a high volume of designers trying to update their settings at the same time following the email notification. Please try refreshing the page or accessing it again a little later.
