If there's anything wrong with your order, simply return it from anywhere in the UK, using our easy returns portal within thirty days*. You can track your return all the way back to our warehouse, and as soon as our lovely team has received your products in resaleable condition, we will issue you a refund and let you know by email.

US & Canada
If you receive a broken or faulty item in your order, simply contact us within 90 days.
If you've simply changed your mind, you may return new and unused products within 90 days of delivery at your cost, for a full refund of the cost of the goods only
Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) - please let us know why you are returning the item.
You'll need a return authorisation code which you can obtain by filling out this form: https://usreturns.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new the code will be emailed to you.
Please include a note with your name, authorisation code and order number inside your returns parcel so we know who to refund. Orders without an authorisation code may take longer to process and delay your refund

You will be liable for the costs of shipping the goods to us.
All Returns
You may return new and unused products for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. We will not refund any shipping costs. Unfortunately we cannot refund yarn that has been wound into a ball, or partial yarn or color packs. Only full yarn packs are returnable. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) and the original delivery note - please let us know why you are returning the item. If you’ve lost your packing slip or would prefer to keep it, just include a note with your name, address and order number
Please do keep your proof of shipment and tracking details just in case your package goes astray.
Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods will be fully refunded, including the original shipping costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
