Changed Your Mind?
No problem! If you’ve simply changed your mind, you can return new and unused items within 90 days of delivery. Please note, the cost of return shipping is on you, and we’ll refund the cost of the goods only.
Faulty or Broken Items
If you receive a broken or faulty item, just reach out to us within 90 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of it.
Return Authorization Code:
Before sending your return, you’ll need a return authorization code. Simply fill out this form: Return Authorization Form, and the code will be emailed to you.
Make sure to include a note with:

Order number
This helps us process your return and refund quickly! Returns without the authorization code may take longer to process. Please use appropriate packaging, ideally the original, undamaged packaging.

You can return your items from anywhere in the UK using our easy returns portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
Track your return all the way back to our warehouse, and once our lovely team has received your items in resaleable condition, we’ll process your refund and notify you by email.

You will be liable for the costs of shipping the goods to us.
All Returns
You can return new and unused items for a full refund of the cost of the goods, but please note, we’re unable to refund any shipping costs.
Important:

We cannot refund yarn that has been wound into a ball, or partial yarn or colour packs. Only full yarn packs are returnable.

Please ensure your items are returned with appropriate packaging. The original, undamaged packaging is ideal.

Please include a note with your authorization code, name, address, and order number so we can process your return smoothly.
Don’t forget:
Keep your proof of shipment and tracking details, just in case your parcel goes missing.
Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we’ll happily refund you in full, including the original shipping costs, as long as the fault isn’t due to misuse, use against the manufacturer’s recommendations, or reasonable wear and tear. Please contact our Smiles team before returning faulty defective or incorrect items.
