Once an order is placed, it’s not possible to stop or change it as it progresses through our system, so we kindly ask you to double-check everything before heading to checkout.
If you’ve accidentally placed two orders, made a mistake, or changed your mind, don’t worry—you can return the parcel to us. Once we receive it back at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund for the original cost.
