Why hasn't my order shipped?

We're sorry your order hasn't yet shipped! 

We're working really hard to put the finishing touches of all of our makers parcels as quick as we can, and we really appreciate your patience.

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we'll send you an email to let you know. 

If you're in the UK, your crafting supplies will safely be in your hands within 2 - 4 working days of placing your order if you choose Evri standard delivery, and 1 - 3 with our Evri priority service!
