Please check your delivery address and zip code are correct before submitting your new order. We're unable to change or amend shipping or billing details once it has been placed.
If you've typed the wrong zip code, or used an old address, your local post service may be able to help you catch the parcel if it's a small error. They can also assist with mail forwarding from an old address.
If your parcel is delivered to an old address, please try retrieving it from the new occupants
