As we transition our British and European brands to the new facility, there will be a short pause in their availability. If you’re a fan of Stylecraft, King Cole, or DMC Embroidery & Cross Stitch, now’s the perfect time to stock up! Make sure to grab your favourites before August 26!
You might spot a few small changes, like new packaging, but your experience will only get better! As we make the transition, fulfillment around Labor Day weekend may take a little longer than usual. Thank you for your patience during our move!
Deliveries to Canada
Our UK warehouse will remain in operation but Items shipping outside of the US may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses. You are responsible for payment of any such duties and/or additional taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order.
For orders in Canada we will not be able to refund your order if you reject it on the basis of such duties or taxes, because these items are destroyed and not returned to our warehouse. You can view our full terms of sale here.
