- Tracked Orders: 100% of orders are tracked and usually ship by the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Expedited Shipping: Need your supplies faster? Choose our DHL Expedited Shipping option, and your items will arrive within 3 working days!* Due to tariff changes, we've had to temporarily pause our expedited shipping option with DHL.
*Expedited Shipping is unavailable for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii, or for orders over $180. DHL shipping cost is based on order value and has weight restrictions; see table below for details

Shipping to Canada
For our Canadian customers, we offer a flat shipping rate of CA$40.99, with most orders arriving within 4–10 business days. This is a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, meaning all applicable duties, taxes, and administrative fees are included upfront, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.
Please note we're unable to ship orders over $600 in value, or over 15kg in weight to the US and Canada

Large and Heavy Orders
Additional postage costs may apply for exceptional orders which are unusually large and/or heavy. If this is the case, a member of our Smiles Team will be in touch.
