Large and Heavy Orders
Exceptional orders which are unusually large and/or heavy, will be shipped via UPS Ground, and will be on your doorstep in 5 - 10 business days. Additional postage costs may apply. If this is the case, a member of our Smiles Team will be in touch.
Shipping to Canada
For customers in Canada, we have a flat shipping rate of CA$13.95 and it's free for orders over CA$120!
Most orders arrive within 7-21 business days; if your package hasn’t arrived after 14 business days, please contact our customer service team and we’ll be glad to assist you! Our orders are shipped via a courier and delivered the last mile by Canada Post.
Duties and Taxes
Items shipping outside of the US may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses. You are responsible for payment of any such duties and/or additional taxes.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order.
For orders in Canada we will not be able to refund your order if you reject it on the basis of such duties or taxes, because these items are destroyed and not returned to our warehouse.
