• FREE Standard Shipping: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders of physical items over $65!  (excludes PDF downloadable patterns). Just $6.95 on orders over $5. For orders under $5, shipping is $10.95.
• Fast & Reliable Delivery: Supplies at your doorstep in just 4 - 10 business days
• Tracked Orders: 100% of orders are tracked and usually ship by the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
• Expedited Shipping: Need your supplies faster? Choose our DHL Expedited Shipping option, and your items will arrive within 3 working days!*  Due to tariff changes, we've had to temporarily pause our expedited shipping option with DHL. 

*Expedited Shipping is unavailable for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii, or for orders over $180. DHL shipping cost is based on order value and has weight restrictions; see table below for details

Shipping to Canada

For our Canadian customers, we offer a flat shipping rate of CA$13.95, and free shipping on orders over CA$120! Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days and all orders are shipped via a courier and delivered to you by Canada Post.

Need your crafting supplies sooner? We now offer an expedited shipping option with DHL, ensuring your supplies reach you within just 3 business days! The cost for expedited shipping is based on your order value, so please refer to the table below for details.

*Please note: the DHL service is delivery duty unpaid which means you are responsible for payment of any such duties and/or additional taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Please note we're unable to ship orders over $600 in value, or over 15kg in weight to the US and Canada

Additional postage costs may apply for exceptional orders which are unusually large and/or heavy.  If this is the case, a member of our Smiles Team will be in touch.

Duties and Taxes

Items shipping outside of the US may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses. You are responsible for payment of any such duties and/or additional taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order. For orders in Canada we will not be able to refund your order if you reject it on the basis of such duties or taxes, because these items are destroyed and not returned to our warehouse.
