If you haven't received the email with your new password that you requested, here are a couple of things that can go wrong and might get you back in:
- Please check in your spam folder and also search your email for LoveCrafts
- There could be a spelling or typing error in the email address that you used when you created the account. In this case you'd need to make a new account with the right address.
- You may not be a registered customer. If you subscribe to our email newsletter, it doesn't automatically create a customer account, so you'll have to make on separately.
