If you're looking to delete your account following the GDPR process, please get in touch with our Smiles Team by filling out the webform here, and selecting 'Delete my data (GDPR) request' from the dropdown menu.
Once we receive your deletion request in writing, we will delete your account if you have one, remove any public profile you may have set up on our websites, and take you off any marketing lists.
We want to make sure everything is taken care of properly and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, so it might take a bit longer (up to 30 days from your request) to complete the deletion process and remove your data from all our systems.
Just a friendly reminder that once we kick off the deletion process, it can't be reversed. So, please make sure you are absolutely certain about deleting your account. Once your account is deleted, we won't be able to recover any information, including your digital patterns in the pattern library. Also, keep in mind that returning any purchased products will not be possible as we won't have a linked account to process any refunds.
