If you're keen to get started but haven't received your pattern yet, first check whether you've ordered a downloadable pattern rather than a paper one.
Most patterns on LoveCrafts are downloadable PDF patterns. You can see the format on the product page under Format in the product details, or in your order confirmation.
After purchasing a downloadable PDF pattern, it can take up to an hour for it to appear in your Pattern Library. For instructions on accessing your Pattern Library, please see this article. You can also download the pattern using the link in your order confirmation.
If you've ordered a paper pattern or leaflet and haven’t received it, please see our information on late deliveries or contact Customer Support for assistance.
