I haven't received my pattern yet

If you’re keen to get started but you haven't received your pattern yet, check that you haven’t ordered a downloadable pattern instead of a paper one.

Most of the patterns on LoveCrafts are downloadable PDF patterns. You can find this on the page the pattern is listed on, under ‘Format’ in the product details, or on your order confirmation. 

Once you purchase a PDF downloadable pattern, it can take up to an hour to arrive in your pattern library. Read this article for instructions on how to access your pattern library. You will also see a link to download the pattern in your order confirmation.
