You can see the status of the orders you've placed in your Account Dashboard, if you were logged into your account at the time of ordering.
To get to your Account Dashboard, make sure you’re signed in. Then go to ‘Me’ in the top right corner of the website, and then to 'Account' in the dropdown. It will display one of the statuses below:
Processing: Your order has been received and is waiting for payment to clear our systems.
Sent to warehouse: Payment has cleared and your order has been sent for packaging in our warehouse
Complete: Your order has been despatched and handed over to the delivery service
Refunded: A refund has been issued
So don't worry if the status of your order is complete but you haven't received it yet – this just means its out with the delivery service, on its way to you, but if your order is late or the tracking hasn't updated, please contact our Smiles Team who will look into this for you.
